Online Double Bass Lesson Block Agreement
By enrolling in a lesson block, you are reserving a dedicated weekly time and agreeing to the following:
Lesson Structure
Lessons are delivered in 8-10 lesson blocks. This structure supports continuity and consistent progress.
Your lesson time is held exclusively for you for the duration of the block.

Block bookings are offered at a lower rate in recognition of this commitment.
Payment
- Block lessons are paid in full prior to the start of each block
- Casual lessons are paid individually prior to each lesson
- Payment secures your lesson time
Attendance
- Lessons are scheduled weekly at a consistent time
- Attendance and cancellations are managed in line with the Studio Policy
- Late cancellations or missed lessons are not refunded
Where appropriate, a video may be submitted in place of a lesson for feedback.
Continuing or Withdrawing
- Your place will automatically be reserved for the next lesson block unless you advise otherwise.
- If you do not wish to continue, please provide at least two weeks’ notice before the next block begins.
- If less than two weeks’ notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee for the upcoming block will apply, as your lesson time has been reserved.
- Lesson blocks are non-refundable once they have commenced. No refunds are available for unused lessons if you discontinue during a block.
- Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
